This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the prohibited uses of the IPTV UK VIP service. This policy is an extension of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to use it responsibly and within the limits defined below.
1. No Re-streaming or Re-broadcasting
Our service is strictly for personal, private use only. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Re-streaming, re-transmitting, or distributing our content to any third-party servers or websites.
- Restreaming our channels on social media platforms (Facebook Live, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.).
- Using our service as a source for your own IPTV panel.
Zero Tolerance: Our servers are equipped with automated anti-restreaming scripts. Any account found re-streaming will be permanently banned immediately without a refund, and your IP address will be blacklisted.
2. Account Sharing Policy
Your subscription is licensed for your personal use only.
- One Connection Rule: Unless you have purchased a “Multi-Room” package, you may not use your subscription on more than one device simultaneously.
- Sharing Credentials: Sharing your M3U link or Xtream Codes login details with friends, family, or on public forums is prohibited.
Our system automatically detects simultaneous logins from different IP addresses. Violating this rule will result in a temporary suspension followed by a permanent ban.
3. Prohibited Technical Activities
To ensure the stability of the server for all users, the following technical actions are prohibited:
- Recording Streams: Using software (like VLC or IPTV Smarters recording features) to record live streams 24/7 is prohibited as it puts unnecessary strain on our servers.
- Server Abuse: Use of bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our playlist or EPG data excessively.
- Proxy/VPN Abuse: While we encourage the use of VPNs to bypass ISP blocking, using “proxy hopping” (changing IP addresses every few seconds) is flagged as suspicious behavior.
4. Public Performance
Our subscriptions are for residential (home) use only.
- You are not permitted to use our service for public exhibitions in commercial establishments such as pubs, bars, restaurants, clubs, or betting shops.
- Commercial licenses are sold separately. Using a residential subscription in a commercial setting is a violation of this policy.
5. Abusive Behavior
We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return.
- Abusive language, threats, spamming, or harassment towards our support staff via WhatsApp or Email will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user engaging in abusive behavior.
6. Consequences of Violation
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take the following actions:
- Issue a formal warning.
- Temporarily suspend your access to the Service.
- Permanently terminate your account without refund.
- Report illegal re-streaming activities to relevant authorities if necessary.
