As a user based in the UK or the EEA, you have the following 8 fundamental rights regarding your personal data:
- The Right to be Informed: You have the right to know exactly how your data is being used (as explained in our Privacy Policy).
- The Right of Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.

- Rights related to Automated Decision Making: We do not use automated profiling that has legal effects on you.
4. International Data Transfers
While our primary operations are within the UK/EU, some of our technical infrastructure may be located outside the EEA. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data to the same standard required by GDPR.
5. Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Active Subscriptions: Data is kept for the duration of your subscription.
- Expired Subscriptions: Data is archived securely for 12 months for reactivation purposes, then permanently deleted.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so within 72 hours.
