1. My stream is buffering or freezing. What should I do?
Buffering is usually caused by internet instability. Please try these steps:
- Restart your Router: Turn it off for 30 seconds and back on. This refreshes your connection.
- Use a Wired Connection: If possible, connect your device (TV/Box) directly to the router via Ethernet cable instead of WiFi.
- Check Your Speed: You need at least 20 Mbps for stable HD streaming.
- Clear Cache: If using an app like Smarters or Firestick, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Clear Cache.
2. “Login Failed” or “Invalid Details”
If you see this error, check the following:
- Typo: Ensure you haven’t confused the letter ‘l’ with the number ‘1’, or ‘O’ with ‘0’.
- Case Sensitivity: Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Enter them exactly as received.
- Expired Subscription: Check if your subscription has ended.
3. My Playlist is empty or channels are not loading
Sometimes the playlist needs a refresh.
- In your app, look for a button that says “Update Playlist” or “Refresh”.
- If that doesn’t work, log out and log back in.
