- Re-streaming, transmitting, or distributing our content to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund.
2. Subscription & Accounts
When you purchase a subscription from us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
- Single Connection Policy: Unless explicitly stated in your package (e.g., “Multi-Room”), your subscription allows for only one active connection at a time. Trying to log in from multiple IP addresses simultaneously will trigger our security system to automatically suspend your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password and m3u line details that you use to access the Service.
3. Content & Channels Availability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive to keep all streams stable and online:
- We do not own the content broadcasted on the channels.
- Channel Lineup: The list of available channels, VOD movies, and series may change, be updated, or removed at any time without prior notice based on source availability and stability.
- We do not guarantee that every single channel will work 100% of the time due to the nature of IPTV streaming technology.
4. Internet & Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a high-speed internet connection and a compatible device to use our service.
- We recommend a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps for HD content and 50 Mbps for 4K/FHD content.
- We are not responsible for buffering or freezing issues caused by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling your connection.
5. ISP Blocking & VPN Usage (Important)
In the United Kingdom and some parts of Europe, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may actively block IPTV during major sports events (e.g., Premier League matches).
- We strongly recommend using a VPN to bypass these blocks and protect your privacy.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by ISP blocking if you choose not to use a VPN.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due upon purchase. Our refund policy is strictly limited as described in our separate Refund Policy page. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., re-streaming or abusive behavior towards support staff).
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
